After our amazing first year in Leeds, Transport Planning Camp is back, and it promises to be better than ever.

This year, we will be crossing the Pennines and holding TPC in the dynamic and innovative city of Manchester. While the venue will be different, we will still have the same dynamic, energetic, and positive feel to the day.

It is taking place on 7th November 2019, starting at 09:30am in etc venues Manchester. Tickets are on sale now, so get them while you can.

W will populate this page with more details as we are able to share them. So keep checking back.

Theme of TP Camp 19 - The Climate Emergency

With local councils declaring climate emergencies left, right, and centre, transport accounting for 25% of CO2 emissions in the UK, and Extinction Rebellion generating a lot of debate on the adequancy of policy responses, we thought it is time we discussed this.

It will no doubt generate a lot of debate, and a lot of ideas for sessions. And it could potentially have profound implications for how we deliver transport in the future.

We have put our thoughts on on why we are doing this in a strategy document. This is summarised further in a blog post.
